Hongkong Hotel: South Pacific Hotel, rooms are small, but it's ok since price is very affordable, and location is not bad, has plenty of restaurants nearby, it's just around 15 minute walk to a subway and 3 minute walk from the trolley bus.

MACAU
Where to go in Macau:
Fisherman's Wharf, Siem Square, St Paul Church ruins, Venetian Hotel

Should Try:
Bamboo restaurant at Venetian Hotel, Great Salmon Sushi that melts in your mouth.
Macau's Custard Cake
Macau's Pork Jerky

Macau Hotel: Venetian Hotel - Excellent, big rooms with full amenities. Shopping is just within the Hotel, with Casino and entertainment. Restaurants are abundant to chose from. It's like Las Vegas theme ambiance of Asia.

Planned a Christmas Holiday to Macau, but before that a stop over at Hongkong to shop and of course eat! and visited:

Disney Land, it's a bit small, but the environment are almost the same, just a very long line for each ride. The train ride is nice though.

Ocean Park, I'm amaze how well they have maintained it, was at the Ocean Park 15 years ago, they still have maintained and improve some. The area is big, worth visiting. Don't miss the dolphin show.

Ngoping 360, Not much to see except for to experience the cable car ride and the Giant Buddha.

Ride the fastcraft going to Macau. We rented a van for a day that can take us to tourist spots. Checked in the Venetian Hotel which is quite big. Visited the St Paul Church Ruins, Fisherman's Wharf, Siem Square, The Sands Hotel( inwhich it cannot be compared with The Venetian, but has a lot of gambling.)
